Dillon Buckley – Global Citizenship Certificate and FSU alumnus with a B.S. in anthropology – was recently accepted into the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) program at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, AL.
FSU students can apply to study internationally through FSU's Global Exchanges with 45+ international partner universities in more than 20 different countries while paying FSU tuition and fees and using their financial aid. Applications to go on a Global Exchange this spring are due October 1 (for most programs).
This summer the Congress of Graduate Students (COGS) donated three umbrellas for use on the terrace outside of The Globe to enhance outdoor seating options for those attending the Center for Global Engagement’s intercultural events.
COGS is the official representative body of graduate students at FSU and includes all post-baccalaureate, special, masters, specialist, professional, and doctoral students.
Florida State University’s Center for Global Engagement welcomed 568 new international students (188 undergraduates and 380 graduates) to campus this fall from 83 countries and areas, making this the largest number of new incoming international students to arrive to FSU.

Shehrzad Rasul, international student from Pakistan majoring in psychology and minoring in biology, has maintained a 4.0 GPA while serving in numerous leadership and academic positions in pursuit of her dream of becoming a neuropsychologist.
