The Intercultural Programs Series offers a way to experience global cultures without having to leave campus. These programs are designed to engage participants in experiential activities significant to the featured country or culture. Our hope is that participants leave the event having learned more about an aspect of the featured culture through hands-on participation. In addition, you can expect to enjoy a sampling of delicious food!
Past programs have included Japanese Tea Ceremony, Oktoberfest pretzel-making, Chinese dumpling and calligraphy workshop, making Panamanian carimañolas, Persian new year traditions, and learning Tai Chi.
