Engage Your World: I'm Still Here

"I'm Still Here" is a 2024 political biographical drama directed by Walter Salles. The film is based on Marcelo Rubens Paiva's memoir and stars Fernanda Torres and Fernanda Montenegro. It tells the story of Eunice Paiva, a mother and activist, as she copes with the forced disappearance of her husband, Rubens Paiva, during Brazil's military dictatorship in the 1970s. The film received critical acclaim and won several awards, including the Best International Feature Film at the 97th Academy Awards.
