Special Info Session March 28: German Exchange Program

FSU’s Global Exchanges program will host visitors from Bergische Universität Wuppertal (BUW) at our next information session, on Tuesday, March 28, at 3:30 p.m. at The Globe (GME Building), Room 2600.

BUW is one of FSU’s reciprocal student exchange partners located in the heart of Europe in the city of Wuppertal, Germany.

A strong proponent of international education and student mobility, BUW’s core philosophy is that “a future-oriented university must take on its role of helping to shape our globalised society and the global university community in all possible areas of activity.” As a result, BUW has worked hard to develop an impressive portfolio of international collaborations with over 150 international universities in the areas of research, study, and teaching.

FSU’s exchange partnership with BUW allows FSU undergraduate and graduate students to attend BUW for one to two semester to take academic classes in English or German, participate in research activities or an internship, or study on the intensive German language program. Students do all this while earning FSU credits, paying FSU tuition, and using their existing financial aid. Global Exchanges, such as the program with BUW, provide an incredible opportunity for students to study at an excellent international institution.

Students interested in studying at BUW, or who are interested in finding out more about FSU’s Global Exchanges programs, are encouraged to attend an information session and meet with the BUW representatives on Tuesday, March 28, at 3:30 p.m. in The Globe, Room 2600.
