Global Citizenship Certificate Teaching Faculty Publish New Research
We are pleased to announce that the CGE's teaching faculty for the Global Citizenship Certificate (GCC) have been hard at work and the Journal of Intercultural Communication Research just published their research, "Variables Impacting Intercultural Competence: A Systematic Literature Review."
Dr. Tanu Kohli Bagwe, GCC Teaching Faculty, and Dr. Elçin Haskollar, GCC Program Director, co-authored this project that reviewed 48 studies and identified 11 unique variables that impact intercultural competence development. The findings of this research inform scholars, educators, and practitioners of the most effective ways to design intercultural experiences and help participants maximize their learning at home and abroad.
