TN - Worker through NAFTA Treaty
Already in U.S.
While leaving the U.S. and processing the TN at the border or in the airport (Canadians) or at a U.S. Consulate (Mexicans) may be the quickest and easiest way for an individual to change their status from one nonimmigrant status to TN, or to change TN employers, sometimes the process is initiated from within the United States.
To initiate a change of status for a potential TN worker, or to initiate a TN petition for someone already in TN status working for another employer, please refer to the Checklist and Forms and send all documents to:
FSU Center for Global Engagement
110 S. Woodward Ave.
PO Box 3064216
Tallahassee, FL 32306-4216
ATTN: Kristen Hagen
All forms are available in alternative format upon request.
