Departments Admitting International Graduate Students: Once an international graduate student is been admitted, please complete the Department Funding Form and submit to the Center for Global Engagement (Fax: 850-644-9951, Mail Code: 4216).
NOTE: Please complete the Department Funding Form ONLY if the student is admitted.

On this form, the department reports whether or not a funding decision has been made for the student. This information is required before the Center for Global Engagement can issue an immigration form needed for the student's visa (called an "I-20" for F-1 visa applicants, and a "DS-2019" for J-1 visa applicants). If a funding decision has not been made when the department admits the student, please indicate accordingly on the Department Funding form.

International graduate applicants must complete the "International Applicants" section of the online application. They are also instructed to submit the Certification of Financial Responsibility form to the Center for Global Engagement directly. The Department Funding Form is the only form required from the department to send to the Center for Global Engagement. If you receive the CFR from the student with application materials, please forward to the Center for Global Engagement.

Shipping Options: Please indicate on the Department Funding Form if your department will pay for the shipment of the I-20 and admission materials. You may submit an original copy of the student's department admission/offer letter to the Center for Global Engagement to be included in the shipment. If your department will not pay for the shipment, the Center for Global Engagement will arrange for shipping with the student directly.
