Funding & Tax Information
Emergency Loans
Florida State University has limited funds for short-term loans to students. The maximum amount loaned is $300. Typically the loans must be repaid by the end of the term. Emergency loans cannot be made to pay for tuition and fees. An emergency loan cannot be provided if a student has a financial debt to the university.
